“Furniture for a newly purchased apartment sounded simple until we looked at the access and the existing services. We wanted to prioritise the rooms needed first and phase the rest of the installation. We could discuss the first version remotely, then confirm the points that genuinely needed checking at the Benahavís property. Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. We were shown a physical sample beside the existing floor. That changed our mind about the colour, fortunately before production.”
